Time Management – 4 Easy steps to build your business in very little time
Are you building a business alongside a very busy lifestyle, with maybe a full/part time job too, and wonder how you can manage it all without exhausting yourself?
I was there too, and know exactly how you feel. The good news is that there is a way to fit it all in, even with very little free time in your diary.
In this Episode 56, I am sharing with you the 4 steps that will make you be in much more control, gain time and energy back into your life.

As you know, with every Episode I like to EMPOWER you with a useful resource, that you can use to have more success, and essentially create more of what you love with less stress.
This week, since we’re talking about attraction marketing tips, I’ve put together a guide titled Facebook PROfile Guideline.
This will help you tweak your profile for better visibility, and credibility into your followers’ mind.

Time Management – Platform Choice
Although most social media platforms are great to create visibility, and attract your ideal leads, I personally prefer Facebook because it gives way more features, and is great for business purposes.
Therefore, I will share with you one of my strategies to communicate with my leads effectively, without having to be present at all times.
To do so I am using the power of 2 main Facebook groups, messenger, and system called ATM. That is it!
Time Management – Groups
This is very powerful as they are where you will plug people in, to see the resources you want them to see, such as testimonies of your clients/teammates, business structure, compensation plan, products overview, as well as social proof of other people using your products and/or services.
I would suggest to have 2 Facebook groups:
- Product/Service: where you have your clients in, and plug you leads into to show them testimonies, before and after…
- Business: If you have a business opportunity to offer people, and want to share resources like the way it works, your compensation plan…
If you are someone who tends to have lots of meetings, like I used to, you are probably already having your mind blown, as you understand the leverage that is being created here.
Time Management – A.T.M
ATM is an acronym for Add Tag Message, and a really simple strategy to plug your leads into your funnel.
Here is how it works:
- A: add people into the relevant group, which could be both of them, so they can see all the resources, and social proof
- T: tagg them in the announcement post where you include the right info you want them to see first (product overview, business presentation, compensation plan…)
- M: message them to let them know they are in, tagged in the places where they can watch and listen to what is relevant, and that you will follow up with them in a couple days or so.
Time Management – Follow up
Next crucial step in the process is to follow up, as you said you would, with your prospect to answer any question they may have, and ask if they see an opportunity for themselves.
Powerful follow up question you may want to ask are:
- What did you like best?
- Do you see an opportunity for yourself?
- Is there anything else that you’d like to know before we get you started?
These type of questions will make you and your lead figure out if you are both suitable, and on the right path together.
Time Management – Conclusion
Make it easy on yourself by using the tools that are free and available such as Facebook, to leverage your processes, and make the experience for you, and your prospect, that much more pleasant.
