Social Media Marketing – 15 Facebook Post Ideas To Bring More Customers In Your Business – Episode 10
As you know, with every Episode I like to EMPOWER you with a useful resource that you can use to have more success and essentially create more of what you love with less stress.
This week, since we’re talking about social media post ideas to gain engagement, I’ve put together a guide called 15 Social Media Content Ideas.
This will help you boost your engagement, trust and sells.
This will really help you to always have something to talk about and provide your audience with.
Remember, content is what will create the “Know, Trust, Like” factor between you and your audience who will potentially turn into customers, teammates and/or Raving FAN!!!
Social Media Marketing – Interested Vs Interesting
Too many people are coming across arrogant because they show too much importance to self, their products and services. People feel it and don’t like it!
Instead, be you, unique and interested in others by asking questions about them, and provide valuable content that will make people want to spend time on your page to learn from you.
Just think of your audience as your friends and family. If any of these latter groups would just take take take from you and never give attention to you then you would avoid them at all cost, right? It is exactly the same with audience of potential customers and teammates.
PROVIDE, THEN RECEIVE
Social Media Marketing – People are nosy, so let them ask
It is human nature to want to know what is it that we don’t know. So use it to your advantage to build more rapport and discussion with your people.
Something that I learnt (the hard way) is to not mention the name of my company or product but create curiosity instead.
How do you do that, you may ask?
Exemple:
If you have a product you want to talk about, let’s say a shampoo, you could make a very short video of you washing your hair using the shampoo without showing or saying the name of the brand.
Another example with the shampoo… you can make of video talking about your hair and how it feels now compare to before and say that it is all down to your new shampoo (if it is true!!) and ask people to comment for more info.
The bottomline is to create engagement and make people reach out for further info. does that makes sense?
Social Media Marketing – Post Strategy
Literally there is no limit in what you can post and how much creativity you can bring into your daily post strategy.
Yet, I would definitely agree that sometimes it can happen to have a complete blank an not knowing what to post about. It happened to me so many times. What saves me these days is to have a strategy:
- Knowing my audience
- Knowing their pain/struggle, wants/desire to craft messaged that talks to them
- The post format (Written, Recorded or Live Video, Photo…)
The type of post you can write are endless, you also have access to my 15 Social Media Content Ideas Guide you can get for free by clicking the yellow button. But here is a simple idea that can get you started NOW:
There are 7 days in a week and each day as a letter attached to it. What you could do is Theme day post strategy.
ie: Monday Money; Tuesday Transformation; Wednesday Wellness; Thursday Thoughts….

Social Media Marketing – Consistency Pays In Many Ways
If you are here, it is probably because you want to build or are already building your business online.
Online marketing is nothing more special than anything else in life. You’ve gotta be CONSISTENT. In fact being consistent will reward you in many ways such as:
- Better relationship and trust building with your audience
- You get more comfortable at what you do
- You can teach it to others
- Facebook will give you more visibility by showing your content to more people
In a nutshell, consistency will create credibility and make sure that you are becoming this person that people can rely on, and are expected to see content from regularly.
Social Media Marketing – Share What Matters To Them
Don’t always make it about marketing your offer and placing your product or service in front of people.
If you want your audience to feel good around you then you need to provide them with what they want.
For example (If you are in the weight loss industry), your content could be:
- Tips on general health & wellbeing
- Sharing how you market yourself
- Workout exercise tips
- Quotes
- Recipes
- Convenient tricks to have quick and healthy meals at all times
Of course the list can go on and on, but the main important element to remember is to provide value and not always thinking with sells in mind.
Social Media Marketing – In Conclusion
- Your audience cares more about themselves than they do about you. So make sure you provide them with what they want, without coming across arrogant.
- Creating curiosity in your post strategy will bring more engagement your way, which you’ll be able to turn into valuable conversation and into sell of course. So NEVER mention your company or product name EVER!
- By being consistent you will definitely create more credibility for yourself and your brand than you can ever imagine. Your audience and Facebook will thank you and reward you massively for it. Plus you will become a Master at what you are doing.
- Being in business is also knowing how to give back and provide people with what they want. Your post don’t always have to be about your offer, product or service but rather following the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time providing unconditional value and 20% of the time create content that has a Call To Action for them to opt-in should they want to.
