It can totally be overwhelming to find people who are already interested in what you have to offer to solve their problem.

In this Episode 104, I’m going to share with you where your best-qualified leads are hanging out so you can be part of that fishing pool too.

Prospecting Tips – Facebook groups

This is by far the easiest places to go find fishing pools of your best qualified leads, and never run out of them.

However, you want to make sure to preserve your time and energy by not spreading any of it to thin.
The most effective way to go about it is by picking 2 to 5, maximum, groups for you to go and engage, connect, and provide value in.

Let’s now dive into the main 3 Facebook groups I typically recommend my clients to find for themselves.

Prospecting Tips – Product group

One great group to be part of is a group where your product is on demand. In fact I would actually say in need or use.

What I mean is to select a group where you know members are already using or needing your products or service.
ie. People with skin and/or joints problems can use my liquid collagen to help them restore their skin and remove their pain.

Even further, it is an even better place to be is in a group where people have a pain that you can solve with your products/service.
They might not know it but you can be the bridge between where they are and where they want to get.

Prospecting Tips – Opportunity group

Another type of group you can be in is an “opportunity” group to be able to offer your business opportunity. It is not the place to spam your opportunity but offer it when and where adaptable.

You might want to find a nice group of entrepreneurs and mingle to build rapport then see if people are interested in what you have going on.

Again, look for people who have a problem your opportunity can solve.
ie. Makeup Artists/Artists who always struggle to make ends meet can find great benefit in building a secondary income stream.

Prospecting Tips – Interests group

A third group, that most people do not think about joining is a group of their interests.

What do you like doing, outside your business, as a hobby, a passion, that you could talk about for hours on end? ie Travel, pottery, dancing, wine, knitting, makeup, golf, movie, tv-show…

This is the exact group you want to join because you will have a great time talking about this with other members very easily.
People buy into people and will build faster relationship when you are making yourself relatable.

Prospecting Tips – Conclusion

Find 2-5 Facebook groups you want to connect and prospect in daily, and spend about 7-10 minutes (hence 3 groups is already enough) in each to make new friends. Find their problem, build rapport, transition the conversation into Messenger and offer your solution.
