To be honest with you, if I would’ve been told these very simple steps in the early stage of my career then I would be in a much different position today. It doesn’t really matter in the end when you get started to learn the right information. The most important is to, at some point, learn them and implement them.

In my own personal opinion, what attracts me in a leader and marketer is when the person thinks of their people first and their serve by providing them with value.
Yes being knowledgeable helps, but being a people person rather than a sales person without consideration is much more important to me. How about you?
So let’s dive into the 5 elements that are attractive to most people, if not every single person I’d dare say!
Leadership & Marketing – Educating Your Customers
The good news is that you don’t need to be an expert to be an Attractive Leader and Marketer. You might think I am mad saying this, right?
Let me tell you that I was the first one believing that I needed to know everything before being “allowed” to share anything. If that’s you then I hope that I will be able to shift your thinking, at least slightly, on this point.
Wouldn’t you agree that, if you read or listen to something educational and someone you know or meet don’t know it, then you personally have a little more knowledge than they do?
People LOVE being educated about something, so be the educator in your niche. Because if you don’t, somebody else will.
Leadership & Marketing – Earn The Trust
This will make you a winner at all times. Building the Know Trust Like factor with people will be the best thing you can do to yourself and for your business.
But how do you get your prospect to start trusting you, you ask.
Here are a few points that are great contributor to building trust with people:
- Connect with them: Find a topic that you both like and have in common. For example, when I was backpacking in Asia the first thing that would naturally come out as a subject with people was Travelling. The rapport was immediately created and friendship was build, or not 🙂 , from there.
- Be a real person to them: The best recommendation I ever had was “be yourself and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise”
- Own your words and do what you said you’d do: If you schedule a meeting or a phone be sure to be on time or early. Being human, it can happen to forget or double book ourselves but just make sure to be honest and make the person aware ASAP.
- Earn their trust just like money is not free: Nothing is free except the air that we breath. People do not give their trust easily and so it should be as time is very precious.
Leadership & Marketing – Be Authentic and Transparent
Too often we want to come across as we are perfect but the truth be told, and remembered, nothing is perfect even (or especially should I say 🙂 ) the human kind.
Don’t be afraid to share who you really are, where you come from, the struggles you’ve been through and how you overcome them.
For example, if you are doing FB lives, be your best version but remain yourself still.
People love authenticity because they create create bond with you, they can relate to you and you create better traction to you through bonding.
Leadership & Marketing – Be Social & Responsive
The worst, hurtful and tiring you can do to you, your energy and business, is to throw things on Facebook and social media expecting Likes and interaction if you don’t do it yourself on others.
Make sure sure to give before wanting to receive. In fact the algorithm, of Facebook for example, rewards you by showing your content to more people if you also engage on other’s post, videos, Lives, Stories…

By implementing these you will start experiencing better engagement, have better relationship and essentially be able to sell more of your products or services to build your best life.
It might not happen immediately I was once told “just be here a year from now” and see what changed.
