Customer Acquisition – Referral posts
This is a very simple post that anyone you know can published on their social media to recommend you.
The good thing about this type of post is that, even if the person does not use your products can write this post. The reason being is that it is just a way to spread the word of mouth, and the knowledge of your business to others.
A bit like a movie trailer… If you see a movie trailer that looks awesome, then you are most likely going to talk about the fact you might go watch it and, even perhaps, take some friends with you.
The referral post works the same way, and could be something along the lines of:
“I always love helping people who are wanting to do good, and my friend X is starting this, this and that… check her/him out if you want more details, as well as some discounts…”
Then each person that comments on the post, you get notified as your friend obviously tags you in the post! And, there you have new hot, qualifying leads, falling into your notifications and wanting to know more from you.
Customer Acquisition – Testimonial post/video
After a week, or so, your customer has started using the products, and loves them, ask them if they’d be open to publish a testimonial of their results and tag you in it.
This testimonial could be on a post with a photo, or a short video in which they share how they feel, and what they noticed already so far, or what they are expecting for the future.
Again, each time someone comments, reach out to them to find out if they want more info.
It Is All About Connection, And Following Up With People
Customer Acquisition – FB Live Interview
The most effective way to attract people is by going in front of the camera. By doing a Live, and provide value on the topic of your niche. You will have further engagement, and a lot of people will catch the replay too.
Then again, you’ve got to reach out to those who like, and comment on your FB live.
It is a brilliant time to ask specific questions to your customers/viewers who, already are trying your product(s), and have them interacting through comments. This will create some great social proof, when other people see the responses.
Plus, it allows viewers to build better, and faster rapport with you.
Customer Acquisition – Conclusion
Word of mouth is the most powerful tool that exist, still in the 21st century, despite all the technology we have access to.
It is even more powerful, and effective, when it comes from people you already have consuming your products.
Remember, to be tagged in all referral posts/video and FB Lives of your people, for you to be notified each time someone comments on it. That way you can reach out to them directly!
