Before anything else, it is vital for your brand to be aware of the audience you want to serve. Who is your Ideal Customer Avatar (ICA) that would be finding value in what you’ve got to offer, and even be interested in purchasing your products whether being physical or digital?
Without knowing who you serve you will be waisting a massive amount of time and energy. How do I know? I was there once and for a very long time until I burnt out completely.
It will certainly take you some time, energy, resources, curiosity, and most importantly interest in people to figure your ICA but it will be greatly worth it.

Content Marketing – Right message
Having a compelling message is really important in order to attract people and making them able to relate to what you are sharing.
Having the right message is about knowing what your market needs, wants, their pains, struggles, pleasures and everything that gets you to have information that will help you put the perfect message out there each time.
Examples of wants they might have:
- More money
- More time
- Freedom
- Spend more time with family
- Go on holidays often
- New car
Examples of pain points:
- Remove debts
- Don’t like his/her job
- Tired of being managed
- Dislike commuting to work
- Scared to not provide the household sufficiently
Content Marketing – Right processes/marketing system
After figuring out your perfect Ideal Audience, the message you want and need to put out there in front of them, you’ve got to have the right processes and marketing systems to make sure your prospects have a great experience, and that you have a clear understanding and vision of the journey you are taking your potential customers or teammates through.
