It is surely not great to be in a FUNK mood, but it is also part of being a human, right?! Can we please remove this aspect of being a human, please? 🙂
Well, In this Episode 69, I am sharing with you 3 hacks that help me reduce overwhelm inside my business and life, which will most likely help you too.

Business Mindset – Have a plan
Having a plan always helps to have clarity and clarity helps knowing where you are going, which then reduces stress, unlike when winging it.
In some instances I like to go a step further, by planning several weeks worth of content, one being blog articles for example.
Feel Free to refer to this Episode HERE for more info on content batching.
Business Mindset – Take some time out
As entrepreneurs it is very easy to get sucked into work mode, to the point of neglecting our personal life sometimes. This is very common.
To make sure that business does not take over my life, I do schedule my leisure time too. And, at least, one day where I am almost not on Social Media at all.
Easier said than done, but taking mini breaks, even a nap in the afternoon, can help restore your energy and creativity.
Business Mindset – Automate what you can
This is one of my favourite… Since coming across this strategy and tools, that allows to schedule my work to be broadcasted while I am doing something else, my work flow feels much more pleasant and less stressful.
That’s the reason why I tend to prepare several weeks worth of blog content.
Another thing that you can automate are your Facebook post for your page and your Facebook group that you are an admin of. Facebook literally has that scheduling features integrated.
Business Mindset – Conclusion
Have a clear picture of where you are going, what you need to do, by planning ahead, and use tools that can make your work/life balance much more pleasant.
And remember to think of you and take some “ME” time to disconnect from your work from time to time.
Also remember my CRM Spreadsheet.
This will help you keep your contact all in one place, and make sure you’re on top of it all.
